As an industry leader and employer, Headway Technology ensures that the interests of its stakeholders are appropriately represented through leadership roles in industry groups, thoughtful participation in global forums and representation before governments who are considering regulation or legislation that may impact our business. For example, in the INDIA., Headway Technology is a leading participant in the Wireless Industry Association (WIA). Further, on a global basis.

Across its global footprint, Headway Technology maintains oversight and training processes to ensure engagement in policy arenas is done in a legal, ethical and transparent manner. Under our Code of Conduct and Business Ethics Policy, no one may direct or require any employee or Director to contribute to any political party, cause, organization or candidate. In addition, Headway Technology does not have, nor does it plan to have, a Political Action Committee (PAC).
